405-Rent Control

A security guard notices a tenant and his girlfriend sneaking into the pool area while it's closed. She calls his cellphone once the girl falls asleep on a deckchair, and threatens to have him evicted for breaking the rules unless he "entertains" her, because she has a crystal clear view of him on her security camera.
